VX9 Trading Chart for 12-18-2021

Today's intraday price action was muted. We went through a period of weak trend strength in which the VX9 sat on its hands. It's not surprising given that on a weekly chart the major averages are coming off a huge rebound shaking off worries about the Omicron virus. Indices now are just slightly off all-time highs and investors are taking a step back to re-evaluate.
